I'm Raisul. A geek who speaks suits.
I build products and ML systems at Google. Before that, I built a thirty-five person team at a startup that grew from seventy people to a thousand. I studied AI at Kellogg because I wanted to understand the architecture and the business model. I've lived across extremes most people in this industry haven't - and it shapes everything I notice, everything I make, and who I make it for.
I write strategy decks. I ship production code. I obsess over design details that nobody asked me to care about. Most people pick a lane. I never figured out how.
I believe the most interesting AI makes people more capable, not more replaceable. I'm building toward that - and writing about the process here.
This is where I think out loud.
